Photography Locations Outer Hebrides

Photography Locations Outer Hebrides - Photography locations on the Isle of Lewis and Harris are plenty, everything from stunning white sandy beaches to dramatic coastlines.

Even on a wet and wild day it's still possible to find locations for some great landscape photography. In this film I show you locations such as Stac a Phris, and amazing sea arch, best photographed when the tide is in and when the sun is setting.

The alien landscape of Northton on Harris, here you will find lots of shapes to play with in the marshy terrain. Bring wellies.

The sea stacks near Mangersta, there are good viewpoints of the sea stacks with views of the coastline in the background, this location can be amazing during a stormy day and when the sun is setting.

And finally a waterfall with mountains in the background.

When it's raining it is not hard to find a waterfall on the Island.

This particular waterfall I discovered just off the road to Maraig.
