Norfolk Landscape Photography
Norfolk Landscape Photography - Sometimes plans have to be changed, the light doesn't play ball or even more annoying, it's playing ball somewhere where you can see but can't get to in time.
That can be one of the advantages of photographing in Norfolk and East Anglia, we are relatively (in no way totally!) flat and therefore you can see what the weather is doing many miles away and make a move.
Unfortunately that is great later in the day but at the start or end of the day it is very difficult, rushing and stressing to get somewhere in a hurry usually produces substandard images as you are not relaxed.
Adopting a different plan or a mindset is very important within landscape photography, I admit I rarely go out with a certain shot in mind, on this occasion I did but I had to adapt to the conditions.
I started my morning at Horsey Mill, one of the iconic locations in the Norfolk Broads but I finished shooting woodland, not a subject I am particularly competent at but it's always good to get yourself out of your comfort zone.
Many thanks for watching this entry. You may or may not be aware but I am now settled on a regular Wednesday evening upload of 6 pm, I will also upload a video at the weekend IF I have got the material.
Please do consider subscribing and please do leave any comments and suggestions. I realise that my entries at the moment are very samey but I am not going to try and run before I can walk, your support is much appreciated.
